Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Refunds and Credits

• Cancellations Over 1 Hour in Advance: If you cancel more than 1 hour before your scheduled class, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.

• Cancellations Within 1 Hour: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or credit.

 

Medical Circumstances

• Medical Certificate: If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate. In this case:

  • The cost of a single class will be fully refunded.

  • Class packages can be paused or transferred, but are not eligible for refunds.

 

Package Transfers

• Transfer of Packages: Class packages may be transferred to another person. However, please note that they are not refundable.

 

Studio Cancellations

• In the Event of Studio Cancellation: If we need to cancel a class, we will notify participants as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your class.
